Terroir and Aging:

Terroir: Blue Lias marls, the preferred Savagnin terroir in Montigny-les-Arsures.

Aging: The wine rests in 228L barrels for several years. Natural evaporation ("the angels' share") is not compensated, allowing air contact and the development of the yeast veil.

Style: A controlled oxidative wine that gains structure and "yellowing" aromas while maintaining a vibrant mineral core.
