Beneath a crystalline pale gold robe, it offers a vibrant nose of fresh citrus, vine flowers, and pear, with a chalky mineral signature. On the palate, the Lafon "touch" is immediate: a sharp and direct attack, followed by a fleshy texture that remains tight thanks to vibrant acidity. Aging occurs exclusively in large wooden foudres, providing volume without any distracting oaky aromas. A white wine of great purity, saline and energetic, redefining Mâconnais elegance.
