Au Bon Lait de Megève is a new alpine brand from Megève, crafting an elegant, artisanal milk liqueur inspired by local milk traditions and mountain flavors. 

Au Bon Lait de Megève is a recently launched alpine brand founded by chef Julien Gatillon, hotelier Nicolas Sibuet and their partners with the mission to reinvent milky pleasures and showcase the local terroir of Megève. Its first product is a handcrafted Megève milk liqueur created from a nearly secret recipe, refined to offer a velvety texture, delicate milky aromas, and hints of vanilla, lemon freshness and natural sweetness.

Made in collaboration with the four-generation Revenaz distilling family, this liqueur is deeply rooted in alpine tradition and intended for enjoyment after a day in the mountains, by the fire or around convivial winter gatherings.

The brand’s vision extends beyond this initial creation: Au Bon Lait de Megève aims to build a gourmet universe celebrating Megevan milk, including potential milk-based eaux-de-vie, milk jams, berlingots and chocolates — each product highlighting local dairy and alpine lifestyle.
