Blended from three successive vintages from high-altitude Grand Cru slopes (Avize, Cramant, Oger), it is distinguished by a total absence of dosage (Zero Dosage). The nose is surgically precise: notes of citrus zest, dried flowers, ginger, and a striking chalky minerality. On the palate, the wine is absolutely direct, carried by a fine mousse and a vinous structure acquired through extended oak aging.
