Rhum Agricole Baie des Trésors - Fleur du Vent
Fleur du Vent by Baie des Trésors is an amber agricultural rum of rare elegance, born on the Caravelle peninsula. This single-plot cuvée comes exclusively from the dry sugar canes of the Beauséjour area, swept by the Trade Winds. Patiently aged in American oak barrels, this rum expresses a masterful balance between cane freshness and woody indulgence. The nose reveals seductive notes of white flowers, vanilla, and exotic fruits. On the palate, the texture is silky, offering a rich aromatic palette where sweet spices, precious wood, and a saline mineral touch—typical of the maritime terroir—intertwine. A harmonious and sunny sipping rum, a true ode to the Martinican terroir.
