Color: An intense ruby color with violet reflections, typical of a youthful Mondeuse.

Nose: Very expressive, marked by notes of small red fruits (raspberry, currant) evolving towards black pepper and violet. There is a chalky mineral touch characteristic of the scree slopes of Chignin.

Palate: The attack is lively and crunchy. The tannic structure is present but fine, offering a lace-like texture. A nice aromatic persistence on spices and fresh fruit in the finish.
