On the palate, the wine offers a tight texture and vibrant mineral tension, typical of the poor soils found at the top of the slope. The aging is incredibly discreet, allowing for a saline and persistent finish. A high-class wine, less powerful than "La Noire" but more ethereal, embodying the true nobility of the Mondeuse grape.
