Beneath a clear ruby robe, it offers a brilliant nose of small red berries (redcurrant, raspberry), white pepper, and violet. On the palate, the wine stands out for its remarkable fluidity and silky, almost ethereal tannins. Aging, primarily in concrete vats, preserves the raw energy of the grapes and exceptional drinkability. Brilliant Fruit: Thanks to gentle winemaking and aging in concrete vats (promoting natural micro-oxygenation without marking the wine), the fruit remains at the forefront. It is a "naked" wine, free of artifice.

Stony Terroir: "Roucas" means "rock" in Provençal. The wine draws from the limestone rock soils that saline tension which lengthens the finish and avoids any alcoholic heaviness.
