Coming from vines about forty years old, Brise Cailloux is aged for 18 months in terracotta jars and "diamond" concrete cuvées.
Unlike other Cornas, this cuvée is accessible from its 2nd year thanks to its softness and maturity. Minerality and aromas of clove, pepper, blackcurrant, and blackberry blend perfectly.
