The Clos Mosaic: Although a single monopole, the Clos consists of 6 micro-terroirs harvested separately. Their blending creates a complete wine: the structure from the lower slopes marries with the mineral finesse of the upper crest.

Row Orientation: Unlike most of Burgundy, the vines are planted perpendicular to the slope (north-south). This protects the grapes from erosion and allows for slow, homogeneous ripening, ensuring freshness.
