The Patchwork cuvée is the perfect introduction to Stéphane Tissot's world. This "patchwork" of terroirs blends grapes from clay (60%) and limestone (40%) soils. The result is a topped-up (non-oxidative) Chardonnay with masterly balance, combining the generous roundness of clay with the mineral tension of limestone. Aged for 12 months in oak barrels (10% new).

A Chardonnay of Precision and Pleasure The Patchwork cuvée is aptly named, resulting from a meticulous blend of several estate plots. It is a "topped-up" wine, meaning it is aged with regular barrel refilling to prevent oxidation, offering a pure and modern style.
