A Unique Terroir

Located at the top of the slopes overlooking the valley, the terroir of "Cordères" benefits from a very poor limestone soil. This geographical situation forces the vine to draw its resources from deep, giving the wine its sharp minerality and the elegance that has made the estate famous.

A Precise and Respectful Vinification

To preserve the brightness of the fruit and the typicity of the grape variety, the Jacqueson family applies a rigorous method:

• Pressing: Gentle and gradual to extract the finest aromas.

• Aging: Carried out with care to add volume on the palate without ever masking the wine's natural freshness with excessive woodiness.
