Grains de Celles is a blend dominated by Pinot Noir, complemented by Chardonnay and Pinot Blanc, sourced from various parcels around Celles-sur-Ource. It perfectly reflects the estate’s philosophy: parcel-focused, precise and terroir-driven.
Fermentation with indigenous yeasts and partial aging in oak and neutral vessels bring depth and texture while preserving freshness. Aromas of yellow fruits, apple, white flowers and subtle brioche notes lead to a balanced, vibrant and elegant palate, finishing with a saline, persistent touch.
A versatile Champagne, equally suited for aperitif moments or fine dining, and an ideal introduction to Domaine Pierre Gerbais.
