Produced from emblematic granitic soils of the appellation, the Fleurie from Domaine des Chanes highlights the delicacy and precision of Gamay through a natural, low-intervention winemaking approach. Grapes are hand-harvested and fermented with indigenous yeasts, followed by gentle aging to preserve fruit purity and terroir expression.
The nose reveals floral and red fruit aromas, with notes of peony, violet, strawberry and raspberry. The palate is silky, fluid and elegant, supported by fine tannins and refreshing acidity. A refined yet approachable Fleurie, true to the domain’s philosophy.
