Sourced from plots cultivated organically in the town of Barr, it reflects the expertise of Vincent Stoeffler: minimal intervention in the cellar to allow the grape and terroir to express themselves fully.

Soil: Clay-limestone, providing a beautiful structure and a refreshing acidity.

Cultivation: Certified Organic (Ecocert). Manual harvesting at optimal ripeness.

Winemaking: Slow pneumatic pressing, fermentation with indigenous yeasts, and aging on fine lees in century-old oak foudres or stainless steel tanks to preserve the freshness of the fruit.

Nose: Very pure, opening with aromas of yellow lemon, grapefruit, and white flowers, with a subtle mineral touch typical of the grape variety.

Palate: The attack is lively and straight. The wine develops with elegant tension and a dry texture (without any bothersome residual sugar). The finish is long, carried by a beautiful salinity.
Food & Wine Pairings This Riesling is the natural companion for seafood: shellfish, sushi, grilled fish with fennel or in parchment. It also pairs wonderfully with traditional Alsatian cuisine (choucroute, baeckeoffe) as well as fresh goat cheeses.
