Larmandier Bernier Latitude Extra-Brut

Latitude is crafted primarily from Chardonnay grown in the village of Vertus, on chalky soils that encourage ripeness and fruit expression. It represents the more generous and approachable side of the estate’s style, while maintaining freshness and balance.

Vineyards are farmed biodynamically, respecting natural rhythms. Winemaking relies on indigenous yeasts, with partial aging in old oak barrels and vats, and a very low dosage, true to Larmandier-Bernier’s philosophy.

On the nose, Latitude reveals aromas of ripe yellow fruits, citrus and delicate brioche notes. The palate is broad, silky and vibrant, supported by fine minerality and a long, saline finish.

A Champagne that is approachable yet refined, perfect from aperitif to gastronomy.
