Made from a blend of Cinsault, Grenache, Syrah, and Rolle grown in clay-limestone soils at an altitude of 350 m, this exceptional rosé displays a pale pink shimmering hue with silver reflections. Its intense floral bouquet — hibiscus, amaryllis, vine peach — is accompanied by a silky, vibrant, and mineral palate, with a saline and persistent finish. A great gastronomic rosé, to be enjoyed chilled (8–10 °C) as an aperitif or with seafood.
