The Perfect Balance between Freshness and Vinosity The Grand Rosé from the House Gosset is an exceptional cuvée that moves away from sugary standards to prioritize the purity of the fruit. Crafted with about 50% Chardonnay and 50% Pinot Noir (with part vinified as red wine from Bouzy or Ambonnay), this rosé retains the house's DNA: a preserved natural acidity for unparalleled freshness.
An Elegant Tasting Experience This champagne is not just beautiful in its "Antique" bottle; it offers a complexity that will delight the most discerning palates. Its meticulous vinification allows it to stand the test of time while maintaining its aromatic brilliance.
Tasting Notes:
-
In the Eye: A delicate dress, salmon pink with coppery reflections, enhanced by fine and lively bubbles.
-
On the Nose: An explosion of freshly picked red berries (wild strawberry, raspberry, currant), followed by slightly spicy and floral notes.
-
On the Palate: A clean and direct attack. The palate is dominated by red fruit with a silky texture. The finish is saline, long, and very clean, signature of the refusal of malolactic fermentation.
