A 30-Year Journey in Cask
The cuvée 30 ans d'âge de Ramos Pinto is not just an old wine; it is the result of a rigorous selection of the best plots from Quinta de Ervamoira and Quinta do Bom Retiro. Over 30 winters and 30 summers, the angel's share has evaporated, leaving behind a concentrated, silky nectar of rare depth.
An Unusual Aromatic Complexity
The slow oxidation in small barrels has transformed the original structure of the grape into a symphony of flavors:

The Color: Deep amber with orange and greenish reflections, a characteristic sign of very fine Tawnies.

The Nose: An explosion of aromas. One can distinguish vanilla, dried fruits (walnuts, hazelnuts), as well as notes of roasted coffee, cinnamon, and old leather.
