The Hermitage appellation, located around the iconic hill of Tain-l’Hermitage, is globally recognized for producing some of the greatest red wines based on Syrah, renowned for their depth, aromatic complexity, and incredible aging potential. A great wine for aging, deep and complex

In the glass, the Hermitage Rouge Domaine Combier displays an intense and deep color with dark garnet reflections. The nose reveals a great aromatic complexity blending blackberry, blackcurrant, violet, black pepper, licorice, sweet spices, and smoky notes, accompanied by a subtle mineral dimension reminiscent of graphite.

The palate impresses with its density and precision: ample, structured, and elegant, it relies on fine yet powerful tannins, perfectly integrated. The finish, long and persistent, reveals spicy and mineral notes characteristic of great Syrah from Hermitage. Young, this wine charms with its intensity; after a few years in the cellar, it gains in complexity, depth, and refinement.
