A key figure in Corsican viticulture, Yves Leccia founded his own estate in 2004 with his partner Sandrine, after 30 years of winemaking at the family estate. Located on the exceptional terroirs of E Croce and Partinelone, the estate overlooks the Gulf of Saint-Florent. Yves Leccia does not seek demonstrative power, but rather tension, minerality, and the accurate expression of endemic grape varieties.

  • The E Croce Terroir: This unique terroir, located on a vein of schist and limestone, brings a saline freshness and mineral tension to the wines rarely found in the south.

  • Master Varieties: The estate excels in working with Vermentinu for crystalline whites and Niellucciu for structured, elegant reds. Yves has also rehabilitated Biancu Gentile, an ancestral variety of great complexity.

  • Organic Viticulture: The estate is managed organically, with mechanical soil work and constant observation of the vines to minimize intervention.

  • A Refined Style: Vinification is mostly carried out in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks for whites and rosés to preserve fruit brilliance. Reds benefit from long, careful aging to refine the tannins.
