The Domaine Saint Germain and one of the pioneers of the Bios wines of Savoy. Here the wines are perfectly mastered and very little sulfur. At the vine, weeding is mechanical without the use of synthetic molecules. Returns are low and rigorous tri so that only the most beautiful grapes are vinified.

The Domaine Saint-Germain Offers both classic vintages of the region as the Mondeuse, the Chignin-Bergeron or the Highness Redhead for example. Lovers of the old grape varieties, Raphael Saint-Germain, the winemaker, also chose to develop wines of unique and bright assemblies.
