Rodolphe Demougeot creates his estate in 1992 in Meloise, in the Hautes-Côtes de Beaune. His grandparents winemakers, often accompanied on the ground, gave him the taste of the work of the earth. It starts with 3 hectares, in the high-coasts of Beaune, Pommard and Beaune. The estate covers almost 8 hectares, with plots acquired over the years on the municipalities of Savigny-les-Beaune, Monthelie and Meursault, where Rodolphe has been installed since 1998.

Discreet winemaker and listening to his plots, Rodophe Demougeot made the choice of the reasoned struggle and applies many principles borrowed from organic culture.
