The stone vineyard is a viticultural exploitation located in Tormry, one of the seven hamlets of the town of Chignin in Savoie. The vines are hung on the slopes of the "Savoyarde" that rises to 1 135 meters.
In 1988 Yves Girard-Madoux resumed the family estate by keeping the pioneering spirit of his father René. He developed the exploitation, making it grow up from 4 to 11 hectares and has since stopped working his wines conscientiously. In a real gardener of the nature and forts of his convictions, he has driving the exploitation in a reasoned way forever. It has been more than ten years since it has banned herbicides, insecticides and all CMR classified products.
